This is a Sony Walkman WM-3 dynamic headphone, model MDR-4L1. The number of these still in existence is small, and those that are usable are extremely valuable! In my subjective opinion, the condition is good. Prior to listing, I have serviced it, so you can enjoy clear sound quality and use it for a long time to come. Cleaning, dust removal, inspection of the unit and diaphragm, reinforcement of contacts, and polishing of the plug. The ear pads (sponges) have been replaced with new, generic ones. This is a Showa-era machine released about 44 years ago, but it can be used comfortably like it was back then thanks to the refresh. I would like to sell it to someone who will cherish it.
