I used it for a short period after purchasing it new, and then removed it and stored it. There are no noticeable scratches, and I think the condition is good, in my subjective opinion. The wiring length is approximately 26cm, and there are no accessories. Only the pickup itself is included, as shown in the images. I have confirmed the operation of the pickup before listing it. It produced sound without any problems. The DC resistance measured 9.76kΩ with my digital tester. Although there is no box, I will carefully pack and ship it.
