An antique/vintage rosary from Belgium, France, or Italy, featuring a tricolor (red, blue, and transparent) clover (or flower) motif in a transparent glass-like material with silver accents, connected by a chain, and a lariat. The approximately 7mm transparent cut glass clover beads are likely plastic beads. They are about 3mm thick and have a rounded shape, with a dotted line engraving of a three-leaf clover on both sides. Silver accents are applied on top. The center has a multi-faceted cut that sparkles, creating a stylish design. Depending on the light, they sometimes emit an iridescent color. The clover beads are connected by a silver chain. They have a clear transparency and a light, shimmering quality. It can be used as a bracelet... like a prayer bead to carry in your hand. The Mary medal is more beautiful and noble than in the image, with a gentle and comforting expression. The reverse side features a relief of a holy church with a fountain. Both sides are lovely. A cross with a lily-shaped tip is also carved behind the head of Jesus on the cross. The slender body of Jesus on the cross appears three-dimensional. It is a delicate and intricately crafted silverwork. Faint blue enamel remains on the upper arms of Jesus and in the landscape of the church. The material of the metal is unknown, but it is light, and I imagine it is aluminum or silver. It is beautiful enough to display and admire, suitable as a decorative object.
