This is a new purchase. No missing items. Charged about 3-4 times, for a total of less than 15 uses. There are some minor scratches on the main unit, but the condition is quite good. I have cleaned it before listing, so please apply oil before using it. There may be some remaining dirt, so please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
