It's a lightweight bag made of seersucker laminate, without lining or pockets, but with a drawstring closure. Even when the drawstring is tied, both sides are free, so you can reach in and take out small items without untying the string each time. See images from the 11th image onwards. It is handmade by an amateur, so there may be uneven stitching or double stitching. (Laminate fabric leaves needle holes when the thread is removed, so it cannot be resewn.)
