Used about once or twice a month for 6 or 7 years. It is in working condition. Blades are not included. There is glass dust, clouding on the plastic cover, and numerous scratches and scuffs. The box and instruction manual are also quite damaged. This is not suitable for those who want something like new or something in pristine condition. I am currently testing it to confirm that it works, but please understand that returns or exchanges are not possible after purchase.
