"Manyoshu" Edited by Takashi Tsuruku and Takashi Moriyama, Ohfusha, January 20, 1993, Revised Edition I think this is a wonderful book that compiles and explains all 4,516 poems of the Manyoshu in one volume. However, it was quite difficult and took a long time to read. Perhaps because of that, the entire text has yellowed. Of course, it doesn't interfere with reading. There are no other tears or damage at all.
