This is a set of Sylvanian Families items, including two two-story houses, furniture, and all the figures shown in the images (boxes not included). They were only played with a few times and then displayed in a child's room, so they are in good condition and look clean. I've uploaded as many pictures as I could. There are also some separately purchased items that aren't Sylvanian Families furniture, which were bought because they were cute. *Please note that these items have been stored by a private individual, so if you are looking for perfection like you would find in a store, please purchase from a store.
