I've removed the tag, but this is a JILLSTUART dress, only tried on. It's a navy color, close to black. The fabric has a crisp feel and a luxurious look. The skirt has a double layer, adding to the design. You can wear it all seasons by changing the inner layer. I'm selling it because it no longer fits me, as it's been carefully stored in my closet.
