I am selling this item because it was a gift that I will not be wearing. The number of times it has been worn is unknown, but it is clean with no fading. The fabric is smooth. There is elastic on the inside of the waistband, but there are no buttons for adjustment. There is a small pocket on the left side. I think the color is navy, not jet black.
