I forgot where I bought it, but when I Googled the brand name on the tag, SPINNS came up, so I think it's SPINNS. I bought it at a store. When I was about 163cm tall and weighed 55kg, it fit perfectly and was cute and tight, but now that I weigh 50kg, it's become loose and not tight anymore, so I'm selling it. It doesn't feel like a mini-skirt on me, given my height. The fabric is thick and has a soft, "mochi-like" feel, suitable for fall and winter. It's not flimsy like SHEIN. It shows some signs of wear, but there are no stains. There are some slight pills on the inside of the skirt.
