I purchased this from LOWRYS FARM and wore it a few times. It's in great condition with minimal signs of wear. It has buttons all the way down, but the bottom button is like the one in the fifth picture. There's a small slit on the side (fourth picture), and the sleeves are a length between half sleeves and three-quarter sleeves. Please also read my profile.
