The colors in photos 4 and 6 appear vivid, but the actual color is a more subdued, mossy tone. The color in the first photo is closer to the actual color. There is some pilling as shown in photo 7, but overall, I believe this item is still in good condition and can be worn. The "slightly damaged or stained" description refers to the pilling. I don't think there are any noticeable stains or tears. Made in Japan, and as it's a large size, I believe I purchased it for around 8,000 yen.
