This is a ballpoint unpacking cutter/scissors. When you open the blade tip cap, it becomes the unpacking cutter mode. The opened cap and guard prevent overcutting. It's a handy size. Product size (mm): Width 55 x Depth 116 x Height 11 With cap I took it out of the box, but I haven't used it. I will pack it using recycled materials.
