The waist has elastic inside that can be cinched. It's very light and very warm, so it would be useful for those who prefer to wear white coats. Purchased at Isetan several years ago and worn a few times, then stored at home. The condition is good, but because it's off-white, I'm listing it as "slightly damaged or with stains" just in case.
