My slender son used to wear this, but now that he's in high school, he's grown taller and has outgrown it. He mainly wore it for marathon races and track meets, so I think it's relatively clean. There are, however, pinholes from where the race bib was attached. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. (^^)
