The waist elastic can be tied to adjust the fit. The length can be shortened (free of charge). It is not see-through, but I recommend wearing an inner layer. No pockets. I haven't added a lining to keep the price down, but by not having a lining, you can enjoy various styles, such as pairing it with pants underneath. This skirt can be worn all year round!
