This is a teacup & saucer from the "Teema" model, produced by Bing & Grondahl (Denmark) in the early 1970s-80s. The "Teema" series is a very popular model, along with "Mexico," and is designed by Quistgaard. The gray-toned base color is beautifully finished with brown, blue, and moss green glazes that blend together. The color scheme, which creates a unique expression for each piece, is attractive.
