I used these from newborn to about 3 months. The size is 70-80. There are no noticeable stains, but there is some fuzzing on the chest of the elephant pattern (after the Velcro from a toy stuck to it and was peeled off). I think it's cute to wear as underwear or an inner layer in the winter. I also have many other baby clothes up to size 120 for sale. I would appreciate it if you would buy them in bulk.
