I purchased this used about 5 years ago. I'm selling it because I don't use it much. It comes with a soft case. It has the gneco era logo. There are no major dents or scratches, but as it is a used item, there are some minor scratches and signs of use. I regularly wiped off the dust, but since I haven't played it for a while, please be aware that there is some rust on the metal parts and strings. There are no connection problems.
