The Suunto D6 is an advanced wrist-top dive computer designed for demanding divers. With three operating modes, gas switching capabilities, an integrated digital compass, and the Suunto RGBM deep stop algorithm, it's one of the most feature-rich and versatile dive computers available. The Suunto D6 has three dive modes: Air, Nitrox, and Gauge. Air mode is for standard air diving, Nitrox mode is for one or two nitrox mixes, and Gauge mode is used as a bottom timer. The integrated digital compass can be accessed from either time mode or dive mode, making it useful both underwater and on land. The Suunto D6 features a graphic display of the compass rose. The rose displays cardinal and intercardinal directions, and the current heading is also displayed numerically. You can lock a heading to follow a selected course, and a direction arrow points to the locked heading.
