Both items are unused. The memo was opened for the photos. These are novelty items from a tour of the Tokyo North Post Office. As shown in the photos, it's a set of a pen & sticky notes and a Frixion pen. *There is a faint red ink stain on the outer vinyl packaging of the memo, but the contents are clean.
