Please refer to the image and take the following measurements: 13 points Height Chest circumference (under the armpits, not at the bust) Waist Hips Back length (from the center back of the neck to the waist) Center back of the neck to hips Girth (from one shoulder base, through the crotch, to the other shoulder base; it does not need to follow the body's contours.) Center back of the neck to shoulder point Shoulder point to elbow Elbow to wrist Upper arm circumference Circumference of the thickest part of the forearm Wrist circumference Please let me know if you have swayback. If possible, it would be helpful if you could send a side view image so I can understand your child's body shape. Seam allowance is not included. Girth: Measure from one shoulder base, through the crotch, to the other shoulder base. If you have swayback, the tape measure will be away from the body at the waist.
