Thank you for viewing. This is yoga wear from NERGY. I was concerned about the thin pads, so I switched to ones I purchased from suria and used those instead. If there are no specific comments, I will include these pads and ship them. I often used this for hot yoga at LAVA. I think it can also be used for other exercises like running. I am 152cm tall and of average to slightly overweight build, but I was able to wear it without any problems.
