(For wheels with short axles, use spacers to extend them to the range where the cutting bit can reach.) ・Pass the cutting bit from the back through the hole near image 4 ①, and tighten the screw to secure it at the bottom so that the blade lightly touches the tire. (Make sure that the blade part of the cutting bit forms a "reverse D" shape when it comes out of the front hole.) ・Apply cutting oil to the blade of the bit. (If you don't have any, you can use sesame oil etc.) ・Turn on the switch of the work machine and slowly wind the screw on the right side of the tire setter. (Do not cut it all at once, but cut it little by little, about 2-3mm in radius. Recovery is possible, but it will be very troublesome.) ・When it reaches the desired size, lightly sand the tire and polish the surface of the tire with parts cleaner etc. Caution ・Please be careful when using the blade.
