GU loafers. I bought these last year and wore them only once, so the soles are a little scuffed, but overall they are very clean. They fit great. The heel is 4cm. I usually wear 23.5cm in sneakers, but these felt a little tight, so they would be perfect for someone who wears 23cm. They are very easy to walk in and don't slip off.
