This is a gorgeous and celebratory patterned kimono. I think it's suitable for more formal occasions than a komon. The sleeves aren't as long as a furisode, but they are over 70cm. The body length is 170cm, so it may have been made for a tall person, with long sleeves to match. The collar is sewn down. The material is unknown. I think it's silk.
