These are the bones removed from cuttlefish used for sashimi. The cuttlefish are prepared by a fishmonger. They have been sterilized in boiling water for 10 minutes and then sun-dried for 3 days. There are 10 pieces. They are 15cm to 16cm long. The thin skin and discolored areas have been removed. This product is fragile and may break during shipping, so please be aware of this.
