This is a Global Work Kids floral short-sleeved shirt dress. The size is L, equivalent to size 120. It can be worn as a dress with the buttons fastened, or as a light jacket with the buttons undone. The details of the pattern are shown in the second photo. The material is rayon, which is wrinkle-resistant. A size S (different size) is also available.
