This is a DJM-250MK2. I was using it until recently, so there are no operational issues. I used it about twice a month for a short time. It comes with the instruction manual, power cable, and USB cable. There is no original box, so it will be packed and shipped in a cardboard box. Regarding the top panel, there are some minor scratches on the crossfader area and the logo (see photos).
