I purchased this for commuting about 7 or 8 years ago for around 10,000 yen and have been wearing it. The quality is good, so I think it can still be active! It's very warm and reliable even in mid-winter, so I wore it frequently for the first 2-3 years after I bought it. The length covers my hips, and I am 157cm tall. There is some pilling around the neck, as shown in the photos. Please understand that some down is coming out from the left armpit area in the fourth photo.
