I am selling a set of two charms purchased decades ago at the KAORU store in Fujii Daimaru, during the early days of the brand. One is a small snail, and the other is a plant motif, possibly a leaf. The size of the charms is approximately: Snail: 0.5cm long, 0.8cm wide Plant motif: 1.0cm long, 0.9cm wide These charms can be enjoyed on both sides. The material is brass, and I think the aging and color changes characteristic of the material add to its charm. Brass can be polished to a shine, but I will be selling them as they are. KAORU is a very popular jewelry brand from Kyoto, established in 1999. I used to wear them with a necklace chain. They would also look great on a bracelet.
