Thank you for viewing. This is a 6-sun peeling knife from Yoshizane in Kameido, Tokyo. It's a high-grade model. I have a long relationship with Yoshizane, and I requested this knife as a custom order. It's not new, but it's in beautiful condition as I haven't had many chances to use it. Because it's a custom order, the knife has a name engraved on it (the red tape area in the photo). The handle of the knife is an easy-to-grip hexagonal shape. The steel part of the knife is beautifully exposed, and it's thin and light, making it a very good peeling knife. I would like to sell it to someone who doesn't mind the engraved name.
