This is a Little Martin LXM. The reason for the issue is that the lower right part of the bridge is lifting. The neck is straight. The truss rod has room to adjust both ways. The frets have plenty of life left. There is no buzzing or dead notes. Overall, there are no noticeable scratches or stains. There are no issues with playing it in its current condition. The strings have been loosened and the guitar has been packed for shipping. There is a possibility that issues may arise. Considering the condition, I am offering it at a lower price. Please understand the condition before purchasing. I would appreciate it if someone who can repair it would purchase it.
