The first photo is the front, and the second photo is the back. It's 100% cotton, but the fabric is smooth and feels cool. Photo 4: One stain on the back. Photo 5: Two stains on the front. Photos 1 and 2 look ivory, but the actual color is closer to the photos from the third one onwards.
