This is a case for medical appointments that I made at my mother's request while I was making the "Card-Visible Card Case." It was designed to hold health insurance cards, my number card, and a medication record book. The health insurance cards and my number card fit in the four pockets on the front, and the medication record book goes in the back pocket. It seems the card slots are large and easy to use.
