I'm selling this item because I received it as a gift, but I have too many things and haven't been using it much, which feels wasteful. I'd like to pass it on to someone who wants it. This is a vintage Iittala Teema series cup and saucer set. This navy (blue) color was produced from 1981-2016. It's characterized by a deeper color than the current "Vintage Blue" and can appear darker than in the photos depending on the lighting, making it very beautiful. * There is no backstamp, as it was received. It may be from a time when there were no stamps, or it may have worn off from long-term use. * There are small scratches and scuff marks visible on the inside of the cup and the surface of the saucer when held up to the light (photos 2, 5-7). I think it's in good condition for an item of this age, but please consider purchasing it with the understanding that it is a vintage item.
