I bought this a few years ago, but my child quickly outgrew it after wearing it once or twice, and it has been stored at home ever since. The bottom is a mini skirt and does not have lining, so underpants are recommended. The top is sleeveless and ties at the center of the hem. How about it for the upcoming hot season?
