The durable fabric provides excellent coverage from rain and wind, as well as UV rays, and blocks heat and cold. There is no visible damage to the fabric. Carabiners have been attached to the guy ropes to reduce setup time. The peg hammer and pegs have been used to a certain extent, but there is no damage that would interfere with their use. The condition is listed as "has scratches and dirt," but this is a normal condition for outdoor use. Please understand that these are used items before purchasing.
