I purchased this from Saison de Papillon. It's a long-sleeved blouse with a ribbon and frill design, in a soft pink color. The sleeves are sheer. It has a back ribbon, but the official website states that it can be worn with either side in the front. The color didn't come out well in the photos, but it's a slightly more subdued, brownish color.
