There are no problems with use, but there are two visible cracks on the exterior (photos 6 and 7), and stains on the interior of the main body and the dividers (photos 9 and 14). Regarding the stains on the two interior dividers and the inside of the main body, hand soap leaked inside during travel, causing stains in those areas. I have washed and dried it, but please note that stains and color transfer remain. The wheels function smoothly without any problems. This is a used item that is over 10 years old, so it may not be suitable for those seeking a pristine new or like-new item. Please understand this before considering, and note that returns are not accepted. The caster wheels move smoothly.
