I used these for running. I bought them at Workman for 1980 yen. They're soft, making them easy to work with, but they're not exactly "windproof." The inside has a slight fleece lining, so they're warm. The size is M. I think a golf glove size of 23-24 would be a good fit. I washed them every time I used them for running after I bought them, so they show some signs of wear.
