80s 〜 UNKNOWN OMBRE CHECK OVERSIZE ZIP JACKET This jacket, featuring an ombre check and a front zip, seems like something Kurt would have worn. The brand is unknown as there are no tags, but I was told it's from the late 80s to mid-90s. I purchased it at BerBerJin Yuhodo, and it may be deadstock. I haven't worn it since I bought it, and it's in almost unused condition. The zipper is a large YKK zipper that was used from the late 80s. Instead of a high-contrast black and white ombre, this piece has an exquisite gradation of white and pale gray, making for a superb color scheme. The inside is luxuriously quilted from the body to the cuffs. The fabric doesn't have the weight, itchiness, or roughness of 100% wool; it's soft. Judging by the feel, it seems to be a blend of cotton, rayon, acrylic, etc. When you wear it, it gives you a lightness and a fluffy silhouette that you wouldn't expect from its appearance. No visible stains or damage. It's in such great condition that it's almost deadstock. A one-of-a-kind item, if you're looking for something good regardless of brand, please consider it!
