This is a MEZZ AXI P-602 cue with a purpleheart wood forearm. It's a rare model from before the "AXI" logo was added. The joint has been changed from Wavy to Radial. Wavy shafts are compatible with Radial, so by changing the joint pin to Radial, both Wavy and Radial shafts can be used. Joint cap included. The shaft shown in the images is not included.
