I purchased this about 5 years ago, but I think it hasn't been used much because I was also using a BabyBjörn. It's easier to put on than the BabyBjörn, and it's recommended for front-facing and back-carrying! I liked that the design was simpler compared to the Omni 360. The infant insert is unused. I haven't used it at all lately, so I'm selling it. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. Ergobaby Adapt
