This is a NEO GEO POCKET COLOR skeleton. I received this at the time by collecting stamps from the local shopping district, but I wasn't able to get any software, so it remained unopened. I have opened it for photography and to check that it powers on. The box isn't in great condition, but the contents are clean, and it powered on with AA batteries. (I will remove the batteries before shipping; batteries are not included.)
