SHARP AQUOS High-Definition Recorder, Made in Japan This was sitting in the TV storage cabinet at my parents' house. I seem to recall replacing it because it could no longer record to the HDD properly, but I'm not certain. The power turns on. The DVD tray also opens and closes. I haven't tested its functionality, so this is being sold as junk. It has been initialized. The power cable is also missing. (Power was confirmed using another cable) I'm not very knowledgeable about electronics, so I don't think I can answer technical questions. For those who are knowledgeable, how about using it for parts? Since it was stored in a cabinet, the main unit and remote control are in relatively good condition.
