This is the real deal. Currently, there are fake black and silver items being sold, so please be careful if you are considering purchasing one. An easy way to spot a fake is the shape of the corners on the back of the stand plate. The genuine product has a smooth finish, while the fakes have sharp corners. The capture (clip) is in good condition. Also, there are some scratches on the back of the stand plate, but they are not noticeable. All included parts except for the outer box are present.
