This is a vintage work uniform from the OMIS Group, a company based in Sandrigo, northeastern Italy, that manufactures cranes and heavy machinery. The address on the chest patch seems to be where a different machinery company currently stands, suggesting that it was the address of OMIS before they moved, and that this work uniform is old. I think this is a very rare item. The front buttons open completely, so it can be worn as a light jacket. The cuffs have elastic, allowing them to be rolled up. This is likely to make work easier. It's a very beautiful, deep green color. The size label has faded due to washing. The material is 100% cotton, which is slightly soft. There is a very small spot of color loss on the sleeve that is barely noticeable (last photo).
