This DVD was supervised by Mr. Kimura, the owner of the Badminton Village. It contains practice methods that focus on rhythm. Although unique, it can be used for practice different from regular training, and it's a helpful DVD for practicing at home. Unopened, but the shrink wrap has scratches and marks. The main case has a small dent. Will be packaged with bubble wrap.
